Funnel Cake !

1 cup flour
1/4tsp salt
1tsp baking powder
1tbsp brown sugar
2tbsp sugar
1 egg
180ml milk


for the toppings : icing sugar,whipping cream(optional)
first mix all the dry ingredients (salt,flour,bakingpowder)
in another bowl mix wet ingredients(milk,egg,brownsugar,white sugar) and slowly pour into the dry ingredients. let it sit for 10 minutes
heat oil then pour in the butter into a funnel make sure to close the end of the funnel with your finger and pour the batter into the pan (make a circle from outside to inside) and fry em until both side are golden brown.
