                  Matcha Green Tea Ogura Cake



OGURA ~ thebest cake ever.
easy to make and delicious ^^


INGREDIENTS A :
65gram flour ( low protein) / Tepung kunci
15gram corn flour / maizena
5 egg yolk
1 egg (utuh)
2tsp green tea powder + 2tbsp warm water
1tsp poppy seed (optional)
65ml oil (canola oil) / vegetable oil
60ml milk
INGREDIENTS B :
5 egg whites
100gram granulated sugar
1/4tsp cream of tartar / 1tsp lemon juice 

STEP : 
pre-heat the oven 160'C 
first mix matcha green tea powder with water set aside
 mix all ingredients A start with dry ingredients add eggs,oil, and milk and matcha green tea mixture. set aside

in another bowl whisk egg whites with cream of tartar until its bubble gradually add in the sugar. mix until softpeaks 
take 1/3 meringue into the yolk batter. using a whisk/ spatula with a folding method #DONOTMIX. until there's no meringue. 
do NOT overmix!
pour the batter into prepared pan lined with parchment paper/baking paper . here im using a 20cm with 7cm height pan. you can use a rectangle pan 22cm-24cm.
bake with water bath method / au bain marie : pour hot water into the larger pan at the bottom of the cake pan.
bake for 50 minutes. just keep eyes on em'.
