Steamed Chocolate Cake (Super Moist) #very recommended
50gram of low protein flour
25gram of cocoa powder
90gram of butter (unsalted)
100gram icing sugar
1/4tsp baking powder
1/4tsp baking soda
1/2tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
100ml evaporated milk / full cream milk



first sift flour baking soda baking powder and cocoa, set a side
in a bowl melt the butter, icing sugar and milk DO NOT take it to simmer because it will make the cake not moist,
in another bowl mix egg with vanilla extract with a fork
then add in to the butter mixture gradually add in the dry ingredients and mix well
here im using a sringform pan 20cm you can use a circle baking pan 17cm/20cm put little butter there.
steam the cake for about 20-25 minutes. and you are done!!! yey its very delicious i promise.lol.
